Out favorite part of the Epcot festivals is trying all the different food from around the world. This was our first year at festival of the holidays and everything we tried was yummy. First we start off with the Yukon holiday kitchen near the Canada pavilion, sorry I missed a picture of the menu.

seared salmon with crown maple whisky glaze, this was so good even the kids enjoyed.

sauerbraten with spatzel and red cabbage
Tamal de camaron
bouchee a le reine traditionalle
traditional poutine
pastrami on rye, potato knish and chicken and matzo ball soup
