For those who visit the parks often or just looking for something new and fun to try, I have a secret to share with you. Some of the rides/attractions at Universal offer short behind the scenes tours. These are not the same as the VIP tours the park also offers. They offer guest to learn about the ride’s history and a peek behind the curtain of the park’s popular rides. The best part out these tours is that they are completely free! But they are also only available when they have the staff available, all you have to do is ask one of the staff members at the entrance to the ride or for MiB the exit is usually the best place to ask.

On the Studio tour we signed the guest book and placed a pin on the map of where we are from.

Remember these are available based on the staff and how busy the ride is but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
