Saratoga Springs resort and Spa falls under the deluxe resort category but is mainly a Disney vacation club resort. We actually rented DVC point to book this room which was much cheaper than the price of the room through regular booking. The theme for this hotel is based on Saratoga Springs New York which was know for horse racing. The resort is located near Disney Springs (Downtown Disney) and the Lake Buena Vista golf course.

We rented this room just for 1 night before we set off on our Disney cruise. All of the less expensive resorts were all booked up and Deluxe level resorts had rooms but were a bit too pricey for 1 night. So it was actually cheaper to get this room! The nice thing about the villas is that they are a little bigger than the standard hotel room we normally stay in. The 2 bedroom villas can sleep up to 8 guest plus 1 infant.

All of the rooms here come with some kitchenette. The deluxe studio has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker while the one and two bedroom come with these nice sized kitchen with full sized appliances.

The living room has a tv and a DVD player (you can rent movies from community hall).  You also have access to the porch from here.

The couch folds out into a queen sized bed, probably best suited for the younger guests in your party.

There is large table perfect for breakfast in the room, there are 2 chairs at the kitchen bar that you can use here.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the items you might need to cook and eat in the room.

The porch comes with a table and chairs perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or enjoying the sunset at the end of the day.

This is the view we had from our porch.

The second bedroom almost has its own wing of the villa, it’s on the opposite side of the main bedroom.

There are 2 closest, this one had extra pillows while the other had a vacuum cleaner.

The bathroom has a double sink separate from the toilet and shower.

This bathroom has a tub/shower combo pretty standard to what you would find in most hotel rooms.

This bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, more than big enough for our girls to enjoy.

There is a TV, wardrobe and a table with chairs.

Back over near the main bedroom there is a washer and dryer combination. Both the one and two bedroom offer this in room. It also came with 2 packs of laundry soap that was labeled as “free” and “green” and must be a Disney resort specific brand.

Just off the main kitchen/living area there is a set of bathrooms. The first has a sink and walk-in shower.

Both bathrooms came stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

There is a separate toilet next to the shower.

Just beyond that is another bathroom with sink and large whirlpool tub.

This tub was probably one of the highlights for the kids. We didn’t have a chance to make it to the pool so the jets and bubbles from the tub was the next best thing. The partition here opens into the main bedroom and offers more light.

The closet of this bathroom has the in room safe, ironing board, pack n play and high chair if you have a baby or toddler with you.

The main bedroom is fairly large and open.

It features a king sized bed, desk, TV, wardrobe and a sitting chair. There is also a bench here that has a pull out drawer for additional storage.

We were definitely spoiled staying in this villa. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around. It can get a bit crowded in the standard resort rooms. Sadly we were only here for 1 night so we didn’t see much of the resort but we will be back some day.

The Artist palette is the resort quick service area but also offers a small selection of grocery items for the room.
