Journey into the Imagination is located in Epcot’s Future World just before World Showcase. This indoor ride is fun for both kids and adults and offers a catchy song to rival Magic Kingdoms small world tune.
Your kids will recognize the 2 scientist here if they have watched Flubber and Honey I shrunk the kids.
Guest ride through an open house of the Imagination Institute to learn about the 5 senses.
But along the way the lovable Figment keeps popping up and causing interfering with the tour.
The ride makes it through sight, sound and smell before being cut short.
Eventually the ride take you into figments “open” house where everything is upside down on the ceiling.
The ride is great for the whole family. Kids will especially love Figment but towards the end of the ride just after you see Dr.Channing next to the old school computers the wall drops down, it goes dark for a second and big gust of wind blows through. This scared my girls the first time we rode so just be prepared.
The ride ends with Figment singing a very catchy song about imagination that you will be humming for the rest of the day or the foreseeable future like our family.
After you exit the ride there is a an interactive area for kids to run around and play with music and art. This is also where you will find the DVC lounge just upstairs. If you are visiting Epcot with little ones you need to check this ride out.
