The Festival of the Arts is Epcots newest festival. Starting in 2017 this festival celebrates all things art! Not much has changed since the last year we visited and here is a look at what all they have to offer.
Make sure you pick up a festival passport for each person in your group. You will find the times and locations of the events they have throughout the day.
There are plenty of booths set up throughout World Showcase where you can buy art pieces and even create your own.
These fun photo spots let you be a part of some of the famous art pieces. This one is located in Italy and features The Scream and Mona Lisa. Other locations are Mexico, UK, France and the American Adventure.
Just outside the Land pavilion in Future world there is this colorful wall of butterfly wings. You can choose your favorite for a fun photo op.
In the evenings you can listen to the Disney on Broadway concerts. The concerts take place at the American Gardens theater which is located in the American pavilion. During the afternoon they offer Animation Academy where real Disney artist will teach you to draw.
Across from the Land pavilion there is an area for kids to make their own chalk art.
On the bridge between Future World and World Showcase you can enjoy some wonderful chalk art including this 3D photo op with Remy.
The expression section is back again this year. Its essentially a giant paint by numbers and everyone is invited to join in the giant mural. You will be given a paint color and can paint anywhere your coordinating number is listed. When you discard your paint and brush a cast member will give you a postcard with what the finished product will look like.
The Showcase Plaza stage offers a variety of entertainment throughout the day. The passport has a listings of the times and performers.
New for this year is the Wonderful walk of colorful cuisine. Collect stamps by purchasing the included dishes at the food booths and then bring your filled passport to the Decedent Delights booth for a complementary cookie and milk. You do not have to purchase everything on the same day, just get all stamps before the 24th to earn your reward.
