Disney World has released its popular Free Dining for stays between July 5th and September 30th. For guest staying at value/moderate resorts you will get the quick-service dining plan and guest staying at the deluxe resorts you will get the standard dining plan at no extra cost. Disneyland California has separate ticket and hotel offers but no package deals. You can get park tickets for as low as $70 per day for a 3 day park ticket or save up to 25% on rooms at Disneyland resorts. See the deals at the Disneyland resort site.
