*As of January 2021 all the Barney attractions have closed indefinitely.
At Universal Studios Orlando there is a kid friendly section but its full of characters from the 90’s like Curious George, Fievel and Barney.
Now our girls were all born after the Barney craze so they may have seen an episode or 2 but never really got into the show but were still able to enjoy this indoor playground. This play area is where a live show exits into but you can skip the show by entering through a separate door.
The play area is geared toward the preschool crowd but all our kids found something to enjoy. If you have an Barney fans in your group the big purple dinosaur also has a character meet and greet here.
This is a great place to get out of the Florida heat or the occasional rain shower. There is also a bathroom next door that is perfect for little ones.
