We stayed in one of the updated rooms at All Star Movies, looks almost identical to our room at Pop Century. There are 2 queen beds, one in the form of a murphy bed that can be stored to access a table to free up space in the room. The old rooms had a small round table with 2 chairs.

The murphy bed is great to free up room but I don’t care for the extra length on the bed, we all end up hitting our legs while trying to maneuver around it. The beds are also raised a bit to store luggage but for a parent with small children its a lot harder for them to get on and off.

The safe is built into the dresser instead of the wall like some rooms.

The mini fridge is built into this kitchenette type cabinet. You will find the pod coffee maker and a small selection of Jofferys coffee and Twilling’s tea in the drawer.

The tub/shower combo is fairly standard for the value resorts. In the shower they still offer the built-in shampoo, conditioner and bodywash dispenser.

In the sink area you will find a small built-in closet to store small luggage and a few hangers. The room also has an iron/ironing board and hair dryer.

The rooms are small but is enough room for the 4 of us when we plan to be in the parks. AS Movies is a small resort and any room you are given has a short walk to the main building for transportation and dining. There are 5 different themed areas; Fantasia, 101 Dalmatians, Toy Story, Herbie the love bug and The Mighty ducks. Most are outdated and Disney could easily update them to something more modern.
