Opening in 2026 is Universals newest theme park specifically for kids. The park is broken up into 7 different lands and we are getting a glimpse of each one.

TrollsFest

For the kids who love to sing and dance this will be the land to check out. With 3 different interactive play areas including a sensory garden, guests will get to party with Poppy, Branch and the other Trolls.

Shreks swamp

Shreks swamp will have 2 interactive play areas including water play, you can also meet Shrek and Fiona. We know of at least 1 ride; Shrek and Fiona’s Happily Ogre After.

Spongebob Squarepants: Bikini Bottom

You will feel like you’re in Bikini Bottom with familiar spots from the show like Jellyfish fields and Mussel beach. Kids can test their driving skills at Mrs.Puffs boating school. There will of course be water play areas and meet and greets with some of the popular characters including Sandy.

Puss in Boots Del Mar

Its kitty adoption day in Del Mar and there is plenty of fun to go along with it including a puppet show, carnival games and the swings over Del Mar. They also have both and interactive play area and a sensory garden to relax. Meet and greets with Puss, mama Luna and Perrito.

Minions vs Minions :Bello Bay club

The yellow minions are trying to tame the purple minions as part of an interactive water play area. Of course, there will be a minion meet and greet, unsure if the other Despicable me characters will be available or only Minions.

Jurassic World adventure camp

Kids will be excited to meet a baby dinosaur, ride the Cretaceous coaster and Mr.DNA’s double helix spin and discover the paddock play areas and sensory garden.

Isle of curiosity

This play area features Gabby’s Dollhouse where guest can meet Gabby and her cat friends as well as join in on a dance party.
