With hurricane Ian starting to hit Florida Disney World has begun to announce closures throughout the resort area. As of now the following will be closed through Friday September 30th. As of now the 4 main theme parks will continue operations as normal.
Resorts
- Fort Wilderness resort and campground
- Treehouse villas at Saratoga springs
- Cooper creek cabins at Wilderness lodge
- Bungalows at Polynesian resort
- Star Wars: Galactic starcruiser voyages departing Tuesday 9/27 and Thursday 9/29 have been cancelled
Parks
- All theme parks will be closed 9/28 and 9/29
- Water parks Typhoon Lagon closed 9/28-29, Blizard beach closed for renovations
- both mini golf locations
Dining
- Hoop-dee-do musical review closed 9/28 through 9/30
Disney Springs
Disney springs will be closed Wednesday September 28th with the anticipation to be closed the 29th as well
Disney has said they will be waiving any cancellation fees during this time.
