Universal has announced they are closing all parks and Citywalk on Wednesday September 28th and plan to remain closed until September 30th. Halloween Horror nights has been cancelled on the 28th and 29th as of now as well. The resorts are to remain open but as listed at capacity. They plan to reopen on the 30th weather permitting.
