A: You are correct there are wagons available for use as soon as you step off the shop and at the end of the pier for use on the walk back. Once you take the tram to the beach stop they have a limited number of strollers and wheelchairs available for use at no cost but it is first come first serve for these. If you do bring your own stroller from home make sure its easy to use in the sand.
